Working with transport operators and local authorities in the UK, we're looking for a confident and organised individual to deliver our projects
Journey Alerts, the personalised travel information company, are developing specific functionality for anxious and disabled travellers as well as rolling out programmes with partners around the UK and beyond.
This role is about people, organisation and communication. It is not about IT, Agile or data!
As a small team, we now need some help delivering our research and cient programmes, and are looking for a confident and organised coordinator to keep things on schedule. Working with regional train and bus operators, local authorities, event and venue partners, you'll be super organised and happy to get involved in any part of the project - from desk research to running focus groups, working with people to understand their problems, and testing in the real-world. You will be working with vulnerable travellers, including schools, and so a DBS certificate might be required. Some projects may require international travel.
Initially a 12 month, hybrid role (3 days per week with the team or on-site) based in Oxford or Solihull, with a need to travel around the UK and occasionally further, however there is potential for the role to quickly grow into a full time position.
You may not have done this exact role before, but you will recognise the core duties as things you're already great at! We value enthusiasm, energy, commitment and independence. Your experience should include:
Please include a cover letter if you wish to be considered - we use cover letters to help us understand how you communicate, and how your experience could fit the challenges we face, and as such they are more important to us than your CV.
As we're not always in the office together, communication is vital! As such, we HAVE to see a cover letter from you!
Fill out our quick form, attach your CV and Cover letter - and we'll get back to you ASAP
